Who is responsible
Jacy Toetenel, trading as Melange Design, Wingerdpark 97, 2724 RC Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. Contact: info@melange-design.nl.
What I collect
- When you join the waitlist: your email address, the printer brand you choose, your optional price answer, the page you signed up from, the time, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address to stop duplicate and automated sign-ups. I do not store the IP address itself with your sign-up.
- When you visit the site: the web server keeps standard log lines with your IP address, the page you opened and your browser type. I use them to count visits and to keep the site secure. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.
Why
To tell you when the app is ready, to ask which printer problems you run into, and to set a fair price. The basis is your consent when you sign up, and my legitimate interest in running and securing the site for the server logs.
How long
Sign-up data is kept until the app is released and I have told you, or for at most 12 months after you sign up, or until you ask me to delete it. Server logs are kept by the hosting server in line with its standard log rotation, so I cannot name an exact period. They are not used for anything else, and I will remove log lines with your IP address if you ask.
Where it is stored and who sees it
On a server in the European Union (Hetzner). Only I have access. I do not sell or share your data. I use no analytics or advertising service on this site.
Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct or delete your data, to stop using it, or to hand it to you. Email info@melange-design.nl and I will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
